Phystech II, which until September 2023 belonged to businessman Kairat Boranbayev, convicted of embezzlement of money from the quasi-public sector, presented plans for the development of block I of the Severnye Buzachi field and the Southwestern section of the Karazhanbas Severny field (KSSB) in the Mangystau region until 2078.
