Samruk-Energy excludes 96.32% of the shares of Bukhtarma Hydroelectric Power Plant from its portfolio. The energy holding announces this on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
Judging by the date, the deal happens on 26 September 2025. Previously, the subsidiary of the Samruk-Kazyna fund owns 15 million ordinary shares of Bukhtarma Hydroelectric Power Plant (96.32%) and 3.7%of preference shares.
