Citizens can receive this service via the eGov portal or the eGov Mobile application. They can change a medical organisation even outside the campaign: when moving to another settlement, changing their workplace or study location, or in case of reorganisation or liquidation of a polyclinic. Outside the campaign, this is possible once a year.
