Waste-to-energy utilisation plants are to be built in Astana and Shymkent, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported.
"The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Kazakhstan Co., Ltd, and East Hope signed investment agreements for the construction of waste-to-energy utilisation plants in the cities of Astana and Shymkent," the published statement reads.
