The AFMR has prepared rules for the registration of transactions with digital financial assets (DFAs). The corresponding draft resolution appeared on "Open NPA".
Transactions will be conducted in the system for accounting for digital financial asset holders, and data on them will be reflected in the Central Securities Depository register.
