All beauty in the world is associated with the image of a woman.You shoulder many responsibilities, and not always those of a "womanly" nature. But despite all the difficulties, women invariably remain the embodiment of wisdom, charm, resilience, determination, responsibility, and reliability. You possess an amazing ability to change lives for the better, transform twilight into dawn, make the impossible possible, and even stop wars, establishing peace. Herein lies the secret and innate essence of femininity.It is no exaggeration to say that women are the soul of the nation. It is you who lay the foundations of the worldview of the younger generation, instilling in them a culture of behavior, cultivating patriotism, hard work, and a thirst for knowledge.History preserves legends about the glorious daughters of the Great Steppe. Their wisdom, heroism, and dedication live on in the people's memory for centuries. The current generation of women continues the tradition of selfless service to the Motherland in schools and universities, hospitals and laboratories, government agencies and public organizations, the arts and business, as well as in factories, farms, military units, and many other areas of national life.Kazakhstan has embarked on a path of large-scale modernization that will determine the fate of the nation for many years to come. The core of the draft New People's Constitution is the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state, as well as the interests and rights of citizens.The draft Basic Law submitted to referendum is intended to strengthen the protection of motherhood and childhood, as well as the institution of marriage and family. The draft Constitution aims to improve the well-being of the people and affirm the principles of law-abidingness, respect for nature, justice, hard work, and responsible and creative patriotism in society.I am convinced that the honesty, knowledge, and energy of our wonderful women will contribute to the construction of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan.I wish you all good health, prosperity and success!
