President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted with satisfaction the high dynamics of the Kazakh-Belarusian strategic partnership.
"We prioritize cooperation with you in all areas, and we respect Belarusian statehood, your distinctive culture, and your history. I believe there is every reason to express satisfaction today with the progressive momentum of our interaction, particularly in the economic sphere. I would like to take this opportunity to convey my greetings and best wishes to the head of the Belarusian state, President Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko. In May, we will hold a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. I believe that, in addition to the multilateral agenda, we will certainly discuss other issues related to the development of relations between our countries," the Head of State said.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the need to continue to maintain an active, trusting dialogue and coordinate the practical implementation of agreements reached at the highest level.

The interlocutors emphasized the importance of further deepening cooperation in industrial cooperation, transport, agriculture, tourism, and other areas.
Particular attention is paid to increasing exports of Kazakh products. By the end of 2025, trade between the two countries increased by 30% to $1.2 billion.
The President of Kazakhstan welcomed the upcoming opening of the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Almaty, which aims to expand ties between the regions of the two countries. They also exchanged views on pressing regional and international issues.
