Dear compatriots!
I sincerely congratulate you on the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan!
This day symbolizes the enduring values of our society: solidarity and cohesion, tolerance and respect, patriotism and love for our native land.
By the will of fate, Kazakhstan has united people of different ethnicities under its sacred Shanyrak, becoming one big family. This is our heritage. "Harmony is priceless happiness" ("Tatulyk – tausylmas bakyt") – so the ancient proverb goes. It is important that the traditions of peace, compassion, and mutual assistance remain an integral part of the national mentality of our united people.
We are different, but we are united. The formula "Unity in Diversity" succinctly captures the very essence of state policy and the daily lives of Kazakhstanis. Therefore, the preamble to the new Constitution clearly articulates principles such as unity, solidarity, and interethnic and interfaith harmony. This is the conscious choice of our citizens, who desire to live and work in a just, stable, and prosperous society where everyone has equal rights and opportunities. This is guaranteed by the concept of "Law and Order," which has become the foundation for the large-scale modernization of our country.
Shared ownership of a shared past, present, and future is the creative force of patriotism and an inexhaustible life resource for the people of Kazakhstan. I am confident that together we can reach new heights on the path to progress.
