After a short-term improvement in April, the business environment index from the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) decreased. The indicator amounted to 45.1 points, losing 1.1 points after the April increase, when the index won back the March value, which became the minimum over the last 12 months....
