Kazakhstan resumes oil exports via Caspian Pipeline Consortium following Novorossiysk attacks

Kazakhstan resumed oil intake and shipment through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium sea terminal at the port of Novorossiysk on 27 July 2026. Tankers Simajesty and Milos, loading oil for Tengizchevroil, began operations at two single point moorings.
