Masimov defines the Government’s 10-Year Goals

Over the next decade, Kazakhstan needs to accomplish three main tasks: to create maximally comfortable business climate, to provide for the stable functioning of the financial system and continue the formation of a stable legal environment, said Prime Minister Karim Masimov.
"We have done a lot to expedite the business dealing in the country. Now our task is to create one of the most prosperous business climates in the region," said Masimov during the conference called, Strategy for Kazakhstan 2030: Capabilities and Prospects for the Next Decade.
He added that in this case, Kazakhstan will be guaranteed to succeed in plans for the diversification of the economy. In terms of the modernization of the financial system, the government will take into account lessons from the current economic crisis, the Prime Minister said.
"We must reach full-fledged financial stability and increase the role of internal investment resources," he said.
According to Masimov, the national legal system must reach the level of the highest international standards.
"To reach this, it is necessary: to increase the clarity and independence of the judicial system, to increase the efficiency of legislation and the quality of lawmaking," he said, according to CA-News.org.
