Japanese PM congratulates Nazarbayev on 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations

    In connection with the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Kazakhstan, Prime Minister of Japan Yoshihiko Noda sent a congratulatory letter to President Nursultan Nazarbayev; a press message from the Japanese Embassy in Kazakhstan reports.
