Kazakhstan President offers the Turkic-speaking countries to develop tourism jointly

    Nursultan Nazarbayev has expressed his confidence in the active participation of all the Turkic states in the Expo 2017 and proposed to develop tourism cooperation at the 3rd Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, the press service of the President reports.
    The Kazakh President has also stressed the interest of our country in the use of new energy sources and development of a green economy. "In this regard, EXPO-2017 in Astana has a special meaning,” the head of state has declared. “I am sure that all the Turkic-speaking states will take active part in this large-scale event. It offers opportunities for the development of tourism which is an important sector for all of us. Within this domain it is necessary to share experiences together, to train professionals, and to determine overall policies. To this aim, I offer to establish a working group on tourism development as part of the Council," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
