    Kazakhstan needs to improve it control “over purity and order in public places,” Deputy Tursunbek Omurzakov wrote to Kazakhstan Prime Minister during meeting of Majilis, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
    "Cigarette stubs are rolling over the sidewalks along with the remains of food and drinks, garbage thrown fr om the windows of cars have become normal scenes in many cities of Kazakhstan," MP said.
    Omurzakov presented the experience of developed countries wh ere mechanisms have been adopted for systematic state control over ‘correct public behavior’ with fines for repeated violations, Bnews.kz wrote.
