The Kazakhstani Interior Ministry (MVD) is reviving an old proposal to revoke a driver's license for life if a person registers a third drunk-driving offence, Tengri News reported November 5, citing MVD official Igor Lepekh. He spoke during a session of a parliamentary working group.
