OSCE training Tajik, Kazakh border officers

    The OSCE Border Management Staff College (BMSC) in Dushanbe March 14 ended its first "train-the-trainer" course for graduates, the OSCE said in a statement.
    The week-long course attracted 15 attendees, including mid-level and senior border, police and customs officers from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and elsewhere. Their purpose was to learn to train their colleagues effectively, according to Central Asia Online.
