According to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in this issue there is a serious disproportion by region.
"We need to support them. For these purposes, additional 980 billion tenge will be allocated in 2019-2021. The program will affect 1 million civil servants directly. It is important to strengthen measures to improve the well-being of Kazakhstani families," concluded Nazarbayev.
The Head of State also instructed to increase benefits to families raising disabled children.
Nazarbayev also noted that the well-being of rural residents can be improved by establishing the productions of consumer goods and agricultural products in the regions.
"We have opportunities to improve the well-being of 7.5 million villagers. First of all, the Government, together with governors and mayors, need to select villages that have prospects and develop the social sphere there, create boarding schools. We must turn our villages into the points of growth and sustainable development," said Nazarbayev.
At the same time, the President noted that it would be advisable in this matter to adopt the experience of the PRC in development of rural business.
In this regard, the President instructed the Government to develop proposals for implementation of the special project Auyl-El Besigi and ensure its financial resources in the amount of 90 billion tenge for 2019-2021.
All economic and geopolitical victories matter only if the well-being of people rises. This is the secret of state success in the 21st century, the President told the party Congress. He also noted that the world is plunging into a zone of permanent turbulence, but this is not a reason for despair and fear of the future.
“Any crises are accompanied by cataclysms, but at the same time they clear the space for growth, open new opportunities. The main thing is to choose the right vector of development, to mobilize the whole society to achieve the goals,” the Head of State added.
He also noted that all the key global trends must be taken into account in development of the country.
