May 13, the Kazakh Central Election Commission adopted a resolution on the accreditation of international observers for early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for June 9, 2019, according to the press service of the Comission. A member of the Central Election Commission, Zauresh Baymoldina, stated in her report that 22 long-term observers of the OSCE / ODIHR Election Observation Mission had been accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Accreditation of the foreign states’ and international organizations’ observers by the CEC will be last until 6 pm on 3 June. As of today, 67 international observers have been accredited, the CEC noted.
