The Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R (CPC-R) has abandoned the moratorium on initiating bankruptcy proceedings on applications filed by creditors, follows from the company's message, which was published by Interfax.
Thus, CPC-R will not be subject to the moratorium introduced by the Decree of the Government of Russia dated March 28, 2022.
