In January-May 2022, 3.2 thousand drug-related criminal offenses were registered in Kazakhstan (Articles 296-303 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan), 9.1% less than a year earlier.
For comparison: in the same period of 2021, the number of such offenses showed an increase of 11.2% on-year, to 3.6 thousand.
