A third exchange may appear in Kazakhstan. Freedom Holding Corp. and the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange are considering the possibility of creating a new trading platform based on the AIFC in Kazakhstan. The project is under discussion.
Earlier there was information that foreign assets of Russian investors can move to Kazakhstan.
