On July 27, due to unfavourable weather conditions at 18:08, two overhead power lines supplying the Kurmangazy oil pumping station were simultaneously disconnected in the Atyrau region.
The overhead lines are on the balance sheet of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium of Kazakhstan, whose personnel found fallen power transmission line supports.
