The Russians could bring about $3 billion to Kazakhstan, Armenia and Georgia. Such data was provided by Tatiana Orlova, a leading emerging markets economist at Oxford Economics, in her Brain Drain review.
However, she does not rule out that much larger amounts could have been transferred from accounts in Russian banks....
