From 08.00 on November 23, two sections of national highways were reopened for travel in Kazakhstan. According to KazAvtoZhol, traffic restrictions have been lifted:
in the Abay region on the section from the border of the Zhetysu region to the village of Kalbatau of the Almaty-Ust-Kamenogorsk highway, 615-967 kilometres;
