Members of the public express their readiness to actively participate in this work. Therefore, I put forward an initiative to establish a Constitutional Court. This initiative and other important decisions were supported by citizens in a nationwide referendum ", the president said.
The head of state stressed that the key task of the Constitutional Court is to ensure full compliance of all laws and by-laws with the Constitution of the country.
"Indeed, the Constitutional Court is the most important institution for the whole country. Now citizens can directly apply to the Constitutional Court with applications for the recognition of illegal norms that, in their opinion, contradict the principles of the country's fundamental law.
