Then how at present the work is not organized at a qualitative level and in the right direction. This must be recognized. In a word, work in this area must be radically improved. The ministry and its leaders are negligent in the performance of their duties. They do not know what to do, they do not take operational decisions. That is why such tragedies occur," Tokayev said.

"Do you understand that 14 people died?! I met with their families. The dead were the children of the family, the fathers of the family. In one family, a two-year-old child was left an orphan. People still had loans, because the dead were the only breadwinners," the president added.
