Rinat Mukhametkali has been appointed Head of the General Department of the Executive Office of the President of Kazakhstan by order of the Head of State, Qazinform News Agency reports, citing the Akorda press office.
From January 2023 until his current appointment, Rinat Mukhametkali served as Deputy Akim (Governor) of the Kostanay region.
