Flags of Russia, U.S. and Kazakhstan are lifted at Baikonur

    A ceremony took place at the Baikonur Space Center on September 5th near the Kosmonat Hotel. Cosmonauts raised the flags of states participating in the pilot expedition on the Soyuz TMA-9 spacecraft.     The ceremony was connected with official beginning of the final stage of preparations for the launch of the craft....
