KMG plans to procure $805 Million Loan for Nations Energy Purchase

KazMunaiGaz intends to procure a $805 million loan under guarantee by the China International Trust Investment Corp. (CITIC) in order to purchase a 50% in Nations Energy Co. Ltd, which is developing the Karazhanbas deposit in the Mangistau Oblast. According to KMG, the loan will be taken out for 10-years....
