KMG procuring Syndicated $1.05 Billion Loan

KMG will procure a syndicated loan for $1.05 billion, a source at the company said October 2. The loan was procured for a 1 year period. A preliminary agreement has been inked with BNP Paribas, Citi and Societe Generale last week.
