CNPC needs US $20 Billion for Second Gas Pipeline

The preliminary plan for the construction of a second pipeline as a part of the West-East project has been published in China. It will supply gas from the northwest regions of the country, which continually face a deficit of energy.
Total investments for the construction are estimated at US $19.8 billion....
