Aktobe Environmental Prosecutor's Office charges AktobeMunaiGas over KZT 360 Million

The Aktobe Environmental Prosecutor's Office, after an investigation of the Zapkaznedr Territorial Administration, ordered AktobeMunaiGas be fined KZT 360 million in damage for the flaring of associated gas without permission.
The firm at first refused to pay fines voluntarily, and was then subpoenaed to court, according to the General Prosecutor's Office....
