Six Political Parties sign Maintenance Social and Political Stability Memorandum

    In Astana six Kazakhstani political parties: Nur Otan, Adilet, Ruhaniayt, Auyl, the Communist People's Party of Kazakhstan and the Party of Patriots of Kazakhstan – have signed a memorandum proposed by the Nur Otan People's Democratic Party for the maintenance of social and political stability during the economic crisis, Kazakhstan Today reports.
    According to First Vice President of Nur Otan Party, Darhan Kaletayev, the Ak Zhol Party also confirmed its intention to join the memorandum.
    The National Social-Democratic Party and Azat did not participate in the signing of the memorandum. Kaletaev stressed the memo remains open for all other political parties in the country, according to Kazakhstan Today.
