Construction to remain Priority in Post-Crisis Kazakhstan

    Construction should remain a priority in post-crisis Kazakhstan, President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at 8^th annual Town-Planning Forum, Kazakhstan-2009, Kazakhstan Today reports.
    "One of the important subparagraphs in the new program for the post-crisis development is the expansion of the domestic production of construction materials and the re-structuring of mortgages. That is, construction has remained our main objective for national development," Nazarbayev said.
    "External attractiveness, energy efficiency, comfort, and use of harmless materials is our primary goal," he noted, according to Kazakhstan Today.
