Kazakhstan, Russia moving toward Practical Talks on expanding Atyrau – Samara Oil Pipeline Capacity

    Kazakhstan and Russia will proceed with practical discussion on increasing the capacity of the Atyrau - Samara oil pipeline during a session of the intergovernmental commission, Head of Transneft, Nikolay Tokarev told Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Putin, Kazakhstan Today reports citing Neft Rossii.
    According to Tokarev, negotiations on these issues are now being held and financing options are being discussed.
    "We expect to proceed to practical discussion on this project by end of the year at the next commission session," Tokarev said, according to Kazakhstan Today.
