President signs Law on Guaranteed Transfer from National Fund for 2010 - 2012

    President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law on Guaranteed Transfer from the National Fund for 2010 - 2012, Kazakhstan Today reports citing a presidential press release.
    According to the press release, "the head of state signed the Law on Guaranteed Transfer from the National Fund of Kazakhstan for 2010 - 2012."
    According to a conclusion from the Senate Committee for Finance and Budgeting, taking into account forecasts for 2009, guaranteed transfers for 2010 were defined at KZT 1.08 billion.
    Average investment return from National Fund assets in 2010 will be 5.35%, or KZT 187.9 billion, in 2011 - KZT 203.6 billion, according to Kazakhstan Today.
