Government confirms National Development Plan to 2020

    The Cabinet of Ministers has passed the national plan of measures for the adoption of the strategic plan for the development of Kazakhstan until 2020 at a government session, Kazakhstan Today reports.
    According to Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning, Bahyt Sultanov, all regions in the country will be involved in these efforts. We need them to develop and submit by June 1 the program for the development of the territories for the consideration of the Ministry of Economy, which should be designed for achieving key points of the strategic plan to 2020."
    According to Sultanov, the new bill of the special economic zones, the inter branch plan of scientific and technical development of the country until 2020 will be developed in Kazakhstan.
    "The country budget will be amended," the Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning said, according to Kazakhstan Today.
