National Bank: Kazakhstan's Gross Foreign Debt grows by 3.7% in 2009

In 2009, Kazakhstan’s gross foreign debt grew to $107.7 billion, the National Bank reported on Wednesday, says CEIBCNews citing Novosti-Kazakhstan.
Following the National Bank, over 2009, short-term debt reduced from $10 billion to $9.8 billion and long-term debt rose from $97.7 billion to $101.9 billion.
The banking sector’s debt fell from $39.2 billion to $30 billion. Long-term liabilities decreased from $36.1 billion to $26.1 billion, according to CEIBCNews.
