Prime Minister opens Kazakhstan’s National Pavilion at Shanghai World EXPO-2010

    Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov has opened the Kazakhstan national pavilion at the World Expo-2010 in Shanghai, China, Kazakhstan Today reports.
    After inspecting the two-storey pavilion, the Prime Minister made compliments on its design and execution. Masimov also visited the exhibition halls for Japan and China.
    "I think the EXPO-2010 exhibition in Shanghai demonstrates that global economic development is at a new technological stage. Therefore, according to the assignments of the head of state for the further development of the economy of Kazakhstan, the government needs to study and introduce innovative technologies so our Kazakhstan and our companies become competitive," Masimov said, according to Kazakhstan Today.
