Kyrgyzstan resumes Irrigation Water Supplies to South Kazakhstan

    Kyrgyzstan has resume deliveries of irrigation water to South Kazakhstan. Water recently arrived in Taraz, Vice Director of Tarazvodhoz, Berik Nuraliev told the agency.     "The water has come.
