President tells Parliament to pass New Immigration Law

    President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, while opening the fourth session of the fourth convocation of parliament, instructed deputies to review and approve a new law on immigration, Kazakhstan Today reports.
    "We need to pass the projects oflaws on migration and the amendments to some acts concerning registration of citizens," Nazarbayev said.
    “During times of instability, terrorist organizations and drug trafficking has become more active. We should know: who comes and who leaves Kazakhstan," according to Kazakhstan Today.
