Kashagan Phase II Technical Basis expected in 2011

A technical-economic basis for Phase II of the Kashagan oil and gas field in the Caspian will be presented to the Kazakhstani government in 2011, KazMunaiGaz CEO Kairgeldy Kabyldin told journalists August 27.
Phase II production at Kashagan would not begin until 2018-2019, Kabyldin said earlier in August....
