Adilet Party develops New Political Platform

    In Astana yesterday, the Adilet Democratic Party presented its new political platform.
    The new document is titled, 'The Way to Justice,' and is to be effective for a period of one and a half years. It is designed to eradicate poverty, increase pensions and make available high-quality education and healthcare.
    The party says its new program is geared in more of a social-conservative philosophy, rather than its previous social liberal leanings.
    Party Chairman Maksut Narikbayev commented, "We are not sticking to the past, which means we are striving for something new. We will use everything that has been developed by the community, humanity and the state. This is why we have chosen a socio-conservative direction for development," Caspionet said.
