President appointed Kazakh Ambassador to Austria

Kairat Abdrakhmanov has been appointed Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Austria, and the Permanent Representative for Kazakhstan to International Organizations in Viennaas per a presidential decree, a presidential press statement said.
