Kazakh Senate rejects Plan for Afghan Deployment

     Kazakhstan's Senate upper house of parliament on Thursday rejected a plan to send the country's servicemen to join NATO-led forces in Afghanistan, a Reuters reporter in the upper house said, according to Reuters.
