Over 1 million foreigners were registered in Kazakhstan in the first 9 months of 2011, Tengrinews.kz reports citing a message on the Kazakhstan Prime Minister’s official website published following a meeting of the Inter-Authority Commission (IAC) on prevention of law breaches in the government on October 25.
