    "Germany will always be a reliable partner for your country," a telegram of congratulations from Germany's President Christian Wulff to President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence reads.
    "Your country celebrates this year -- the twentieth anniversary of its independence. Your country has made impressive advances over the past 20 years.
    You have achieved great triumphs you can be proud of, though a great deal awaits your country in the future to have it modernized in the interests of the people," the message read.
    "I wish you and your people a bright future in peace, freedom and prosperity," it concluded, Gazeta.kz reports.
