Kazakh CEC accredits 38 Additional International Observers

    At the regular meeting Kazakhstan’s Central Election Commission, 38 additional international observers were accredited,” CEC Chairman Kuandyk Turgankulov told reporters.
    34 of these are members of the CIS observer mission, another four are from other foreign countries.
    As of today the CEC has accredited 99 international observers, 46 are officials from the OSCE/ODIHR mission for monitoring long-term parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan, 45 are members of the CIS observation mission, 8 observers are from 5 foreign countries, according to Kazinform.
