Kazakhstan names New Vice Oil and Gas Minister

Bolat Akchulakov has been appointed by government decree as the new minister of oil and gas, a ministry press message said.
Akchulakov was born on April 9, 1971, and is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management, an economist.
