Ukraine extradites Atyrau suspect

    The Ukrainian government January 25 extradited a suspect in the October 31 Atyrau bombings to Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstani general prosecutor’s press office said, according to Novosti-Kazakhstan.     The suspect is an Atyrau Oblast native named Ardager Mukhitov, born in 1983, the press office said.     Mukhitov is accused of participating in a terrorist group....
